Amid the challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, Malta International Airport was honoured with two prestigious accolades awarded by ACI Europe: Best Airport in its size category and HR Excellence. Head of HR, Strategy & Marketing Tina Lombardi accepted the HR award, while Senior Technician Philip Borg, whose career with the company spans almost three decades, accepted the Best Airport award on behalf of the team.
